ADVICE AND HANDY TIPS
HOW MANY BOTTLES DO I NEED FOR MY RECEPTION?
To help you organise your receptions, we suggest the following rough guide to calculate the number of bottles of CHAMPAGNE NAPOLÉON you will need.
For an aperitif or cocktail exclusively with Champagne, we usually count 1 bottle for 4 people.
For a meal, we suggest 1 bottle for 6 guests.
ADVICE ON STORING
The Champagne we sell is perfectly mature, and we advise you to drink it within one and a half to two years after purchase.
For best conservation, a certain number of points should be respected. The bottles should be stored on their sides so that the cork is in contact with the Champagne, in a dark place at a temperature of 10 to 12°C.
ADVICE ON DRINKING
CHAMPAGNE NAPOLÉON will reveal all its flavours when served at a temperature of 8 to 10°C. To keep your bottle cool, we suggest you place it in a Champagne bucket half-full of ice and water.
If you do not have a Champagne bucket and chill your Champagne in the fridge, do not leave it in for too long.
HANDY TIP :
ANOTHER WAY TO DRINK THE CHAMPAGNE DEMI-SEC
You know the CHAMPAGNE NAPOLÉON TRADITION DEMI-SEC and usually drink it with the dessert. We invite you to try an experiment: if you pour the CHAMPAGNE DEMI-SEC into a carafe just before serving, this will remove a little of the fizz and it will be excellent not only with a dessert but also with foie gras, for example.
